Chargers and strong safety Clinton Hart agreed to terms of a new 5 year contract yesterday, keeping Hart with the team through 2012.  Hart was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in 2008.  With the defensive secondary seeming to be the continuous weak point of the team, this was a good move by AJ Smith and the Chargers.
